SHIPPING POLICY
DELIVERY TO YOUR PLACE
GREECE
Free shipping for orders over 90€. For orders under 90€ the shipping cost is 5€.
If you chose the "cash on delivery" way of payment, there is free of charge.
If your order is placed before 12:00 pm, will be delivered within 1-3 working days.
No deliveries/handlings and shipments of orders are held on Saturdays, Sundays or Public Holidays.
SHIPPING ABROAD
1. Standard Shipping
Free shipping for orders over 99€. For orders under 99€ the shipping cost is 9.90€.
International orders delivered via ELTA Services and Courier Center (exclusively for Cyprus) within 5 - 20 working days (the shipping time depends on the destination country).
2. DHL Shipping
Shipping rates and fees vary depending on the delivery address and are calculated during the order process and before the payment.
The estimated delivery time is 1 - 5 working days, depending on the destination country. Please note that business days do not include weekends or national public holidays. After an order has been delivered to the correct address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND CUSTOMS CHARGES
Customers are responsible for organizing their own acceptance of items based on the delivery options they choose.
International customers may be required to pay sales tax, duty and/or Customs charges. All taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of the order or shipping charge. Taxes and customs charges differ depending on the country and state of the shipping address. We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that are relevant to you. Nadtheconcept is not responsible for any additional taxes and customs charges that are requested during the shipment of your order.
Please note that the international shipping costs that nadtheconcept provides do not reflect the cost of return shipping from countries outside of Greece. It is the responsibility of customers to enquire about the cost of return shipping from their country back to Greece as this fee is in no way covered by nadtheconcept.
