EXCHANGES POLICY

 

Right of withdrawal

 

You retain the right to return Products purchased from the e-shop and withdraw from the purchase agreement, without being required to state the reasons, within seven (7) calendar days of receiving them. Exchanges are possible but not refund. In order to exercise your withdrawal right, you need to follow the steps below:

 

• The withdrawal is without reason and you are required to return the Product exactly in the condition in which you received it. Specifically, the returned Product must be ‘’as new’’ including tags, sanitary labels and the retail receipt is included in the returned package. We are not able to exchange items that appear to have been worn, washed, soiled, have any form of perfumes or are not in the original condition.

• All returned packages must be sent with a trackable, insured service, as we cannot take responsibility for damaged or lost items in the return transit.

• Place the product you wish to return in a safe packaging and call the “ELTA COURIER” company that serves you best, in order for the package to be delivered to our warehouse, offers you the privileged cost of 4€ for the return of your order. The new shipping consists of the 2,50€ of the return, the 2,50€ of the shipping, the total resulting from the shipping is 5€. You can send your product with an other courier courier but the cost is all yours.

• Before you return the Product you may contact the Company’s Customer Service Department,  via e-mail at info@nadtheconcept.com or via instagram: nad_the_concept to inform us for the return.
