CASH ON DELIVERY

 

It only applies for shipments within Greece and is free of charge. The payment takes place upon delivery of your package via the ELTA courier service we cooperate with.

We would be much obliged if you contacted us in case of not being able to receive the package so that we can assist in your service.

CREDIT/DEBIT CARD

Our online store accepts the following credit/debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro. When paying by credit card, you will be transferred to the secure online interface of Stripe. Nadtheconcept uses the Stripes e-commerce which, having secured the most up-to-date security services (verified by Visa, MasterCard Secure Code, alerts via e-mail), guarantees a secure transaction environment. Nadtheconcept does not collect or store in any way your credit card information, and for this reason, you need to re-enter them every time you use your credit card for transactions through our site.

 

BANK TRANSFER

You can pay for your order by transferring money from any bank to one of your company bank accounts. Reminder: do not forget to enter your full name in the "reason to transfer" section of the online banking funds transfer page.
If you wish to use the bank transfer payment option, you can directly deposit the required amount of money from the bank of your choice to any of the following bank accounts:

For international purchases, an additional charge of 3€ applies to cover fees related to international wires. International customers will have to deposit the amount of their purchase plus the additional 3€ fees.

In order for nadtheconcept to dispatch your order, it has to be verified that your payment has been received, a process that usually takes anywhere between 2-3 working days.
